ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH A DEPOSIT. Bids will be executed as if you were present and bidding. An additional 5% buyer’s premium is charged on all absentee bids.

ALL OTHER CHECKS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED PRIOR TO THE AUCTION. If you are not known to us, we reserve the right to hold the merchandise until the check clears. It is also agreed that Pence Auction may photograph and fingerprint anyone writing a check. A valid driver’s license required for registration.
