Selling an amazing collection from an old time antique dealer in southeast Kansas who had saved the best back and now has decided to sell it all to the highest bidder at public auction. Be of the quantity of this collection we will sell many items by the box lot. Don’t miss this auction as there will something for everybody. Will post details soon! Sales Tax must be collected on this auction.

ABSENTEE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH A DEPOSIT. Bids will be executed as if you were present and bidding.  An additional 5% buyer’s premium is charged on all absentee bids.

Cash or Checks will be the only accepted form of payment


NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.


Checks will only be taken if individual is known to the auction company. 

ALL OTHER CHECKS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED PRIOR TO THE AUCTION.

If you are not known to us, we reserve the right to hold the merchandise until the check clears. It is also agreed that Pence Auction may photograph and fingerprint anyone writing a check. A valid driver’s license required for registration.

 

All items will be sold “AS IS.” Pence Auction makes no warranties or representations, express or implied with respect to the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, condition or authenticity of any lot sold. Upon the declaration of “Sold” by the auctioneer, the winning bidder is thereby bound by contact to fulfill their obligation of submitting payment per the auction terms. Bidding on any items indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms announced at the time of the sale. It is recommended that all prospective buyers attend the pre-sale exhibition.
